It was a great experience.. I was going to Suprise Toyota for 8 years and did not have a good experience. Even though your dealership is farther away I decided to give you a try. My original appointment was rescheduled which wasn’t a big deal, but I almost had to reschedule my second appointment however, Wyatt made it happen and my service appointment was completed on time.

Took longer than we expected. We checked in at 8:50 AM, and it took 20+ minutes before check-in was done. We did not get our phone call that it was done until 4:30 PM.It was for a 40,000 mile service, and they did find some things that needed to be done, so I understand that taking a little bit more time, but 6 1/2 hours was quite a long time.I had to leave the Highlander there because my husband had to go to work at 3:30 PM. I went in to get training on the auto start, and as I was leaving and found out that the gates were closing at 8 PM it created a problem as my husband wasn’t done until 9 PM tonight. When I got home, I called to see if a Uber could come and get me so I could come back and get the Highlander. I was on hold for times, and when the one gal answered, one time, she transferred me to somebody else, and they did not answer the phone . So the service at the end of my journey was not quite up to expectation. I did find a neighbor that thankfully came with me as I needed the Toyota first thing in the morning to go to the airport.

Quick, Efficient and let me know exactly what was done. Since there was nothing found, there was no charge and instructions on if it happens again was given. I haven’t had that kind of service for years.

The services was completed faster than I was expecting.
