Sales rep R.T was GREAT! The circles and back and forth with finance was to be expected, but not welcomed. We are thankful the final finance gentleman (can’t remember his name sorry) was able to find us a better rate with B of A after the original back and forth. Disappointed TFS couldn’t meet our 6.5% on a used car purchase given we have been FAITHFUL and accountable Toyota buyers over a decade with tier 1 credit. We get the times and circumstances for current used car interest rates, but disappointed in TFS.
