I booked an appointment for 4:30 as I work until 4 and that’s the time I can make it. Came to the appointment to find out it’s been changed to 4pm. Not sure why that was done but while I would love to make it at 4, I cannot so I would appreciate my time not being changed next time. If I have to schedule for 5pm, that’s fine, but remove the 4:30 and other half hour slots from the options when choosing times.

Good to go love my service advisor. He is always honest with me on what needs fixed now and what can wait till next service. All ur advisor need to be like him. Chris C. Is awesome

Tim was super - courteous, helpful, and personable. He gave me good advice re: changing transmission fluid prior to an extended road trip. Appreciated his opinion, and I’ll feel safer on the road now.
