From the very moment I made my online appointment I received notification of my appointment and exactly what we were going to do. Todd (my service tech) argued with me on my Premium maintenance coverage. He said it ended in 2025 or 50,000 miles. My coverage ends 2/23/28 or 75,000 miles. I was going to get my Premium coverage card out, but he wasn’t interested in seeing that.
