Easy!

I thought my Service Writer (Mike) did a superb job handling my service request from start to finish. After taking my truck for a short ride on the Loop 303, I didn’t feel any vibration or encountered any front-end drifting. The truck held a straight line with a steady steering wheel, which tells me that the alignment and tire balance was done correctly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike and the techs for doing a job well done.

I was able to only wait about 10 minutes before dropping off the car. The oil change and tire rotation took less than an hour. They found a few additional items and completed them in another half hour. Very nice to not be waiting long.
