Well, this lines up, unrelated survey. I had service, I did not purchase a car. During service I was told I needed a cabin air filter and it’s price is more than 50$! Wtf, ITS PAPER! Who prices these things? I can do it myself for 1/5 the cost your asking. I also don’t understand an ac flush recommendation when it’s working fine. Other than that, the work requested was completed to my satisfaction. When I did buy my car, I was over charged based on bs demand and underpaid on my trade. Hell, the appraisal guy said he thought it was an automatic, on a car that only comes in stick! You guys need work!
