Dean Anderson is an awesome service advisor! He always let's me know what is recommended or needs attention immediately with my Camry. They were super backed up busy yesterday, so after waiting 41/2 hours and my car still wasn't done, Dean offered to pay for a rental car, or have a Lyft driver take me home. I was very thankful for the ride home, since I hadn't had lunch, and was starving! Then he called me an hour later, to let me know it wouldn't be ready until this morning. He called me first thing in the morning, and told me my car was ready, and arranged for another Lyft driver to pick me up. I am so happy to have my car again....with all the necessary and recommended repairs completed, so that I am safe on the road!!😀👍👏
