Mike was very good, got me in and out and applied coupon for my break service

We are visiting from Canada and our Toyota Highlander started to make a noise when accelerating. We brought the vehicle to Larry Miller Toyota to have it looked at. The service was prompt and courteous. We received bad news about a part that was under warranty that the vehicle needed. Due to a parts shortage at Toyota they were unable to get one in repair the vehicle in a timely manner. The Assistant Service Manager Steven G. was very helpful in advising us to call Toyota Customer care as well as communicating with them. We are now working with Toyota to resolve the issue.
