Service is great but the waiting time is too long if i have appointment they should tell me how long will take that's why we make appointment i can see my car just sit there not doing anything after an hour later that's only thing i am concerted other then that everything was great

Sean Hammond was my rep. He was associated with the collision center. Even though it took a little longer than usual, because of circumstances that were unforeseen, the service I received from Sean was excellent. Sean was great in keeping me informed. 5 stars to Sean Hammond.

I got there, service advisor told me it would take 2 hours. I waited and exactly 2 hours it was ready.And I didn’t buy a new car!
