Was great as always. I was greeted and went to customer lounge and aboutvan hour an a half later the job was done.I had made my appointment the night before and really didn't expect to get in so soon. Great customer service.

Everyone is always friendly. Usually I have Chris C. but Chris was gone and I had Steven. Very nice guy. Showed me the Inventory list so I could see what was being done and the fee.

Considering all the customers there for service, it went pretty fast. This was my first experience with Shakods and she was wonderful.
