Very long wait but polite personnel and pleasant waiting area well-stocked with water and snacks.

The different miscellaneous fees we are charged now are not the most desirable. But I appreciate the job the mechanics do on our car. Juan’s customer service was great. I felt cared for and appreciated as a customer. The older lady who checks us in is very welcoming and friendly.

Barry has been my service manager since 2017. When I found out he was here, I followed him. I think that pretty much sums it up. I only got an oil change.
