Very long wait but polite personnel and pleasant waiting area well-stocked with water and snacks.

Very clean and good service.

The different miscellaneous fees we are charged now are not the most desirable. But I appreciate the job the mechanics do on our car. Juan’s customer service was great. I felt cared for and appreciated as a customer. The older lady who checks us in is very welcoming and friendly.

Experience was great

Had my truck serviced. Everything was timely and professional

Oil change and front end work, all went well.

Salesman John Barfield was great to work with.

Shakoda greeted me right when I pulled up and got my vehicle checked in immediately. Vehicle was completely quickly and when I picked up she even pulled it up. Shakoda is an asset to your company. She definitely will be my service advisor for many years. Great job Shakoda!!!!!!!!

Barry has been my service manager since 2017. When I found out he was here, I followed him. I think that pretty much sums it up. I only got an oil change.
