Did not like the longer wait. I use to just wait in the lobby for my car’s inspection and oil change. Now I have to be taken home and picked back up. More expense for you. Whose idea was it stockpile appointments and pack them in ?

Christian was my service agent today and he was so helpful. He was very kind and patient with me and all my questions. I highly recommend asking for him when you go to the dealership to get serviced. They were very prompt and efficient.
