Barry was great. I wish you didn’t have a tracker because it makes people expect to see each stage and it’s just not working like that, which makes things harder on your front line employees. Just keep the text notices. That’s better and more accurate.

I had a mix up thinking I had an appointment with your dealership when I called Bell Road Toyota. However, your people fit me in for Toyotacare service anyway,. The wait was a bit long(2.5 hrs) but the work on our RAV4 was good.
