Dean,I came in with an emergency ABS break problem, errors riddled all over my display. My Toyota Tacoma is 3 month old and only 668 miles. I showed my problem to Dean, he immediately processed my paperwork and brought my Tacoma to his break specialist. In 1.5 hours they diagnosed and repaired my break issue.I have worked with Dean for years. I do believe he's the best by far toyota representative in the business.Pete Tari
