Crowded, hard to get in the maintenance port, so many cars.No seats in waiting area… so many people that had to wait til someone vacated a chair. Got up for a snack & someone grabbed my chair …!

I went in to buy parts for my Lexus and ended up buying a Toyota Corolla. Abel was very easy to talk to, was not pushy at all and the process seems to have gotten smoother and faster. The only issue and it was not the dealership is the window tint was not done correctly. I’m happy with the experience.
