Everyone was great and very helpful like always when I come in. I'm just a little confused. I came in for my first service oil change and I was reading the paper work about what was done today and it said nothing about a oil change, but I have a sticker in my window as if they changed it. The man inside said they don't do oil changes before 10000 miles but the sticker in the window says to come in and get it done at 5000miles.

I worked with an excellent salesman, Lance Rodriguez, who showed me a variety of used cars. I also drove several of them. We were about to be finished as I was primarily interested in a slightly used RAV4 but we hadn’t seen one. Then a slightly used RAV4 arrived while I was still at the dealership and it turned out to be the one I wanted and purchased.

Came for service. All concerned were nice and treated me well and got the job done. Very clean and lots of treats (food, drink) for those waiting.
