Rick Zamora was exceptional! Having been at this store for 40 years (which is unheard of) his product knowledge is second to none. He knew all the models and trims and was able to narrow down what we were looking for quickly. Never had a finer experience in a dealership, ever. Got our RAV4 on allocation and called as soon as it came in. Paperwork was clear and concise and exactly as Rick had quoted. Gary Creek in finance was amazing as well and helped us get just what we wanted in an extended warranty. Best finance experience ever. Could not be happier with our purchase and the great job these 2 gentlemen did to make it happen.
