I had some disappointment after the deal was finalized. As a loyal Toyota customer I requested to reopen the negotiation and the management accepted and offered better conditions. I was happy and will continue to be aToyota customer in the future.

We had to leave the vehicle overnight for an oil change because we work. Those were the only hours that we could do. I was surprised that the vehicle didn’t get washed/rinsed.
