Normally five star rating but your new service system is messed up. This questionnaire you have sent me is about a new car. It should be a survey about my oil change experience. This is an example of your new system not working.Neither of my cars was in your new system even though we have been there at LMT for years. And it took too long to get checked in for service.Juan was our provider and did a GREAT job taking care of us despite delays and blank histories, as these were all out of his control. So Juan = 5 stars, experience = 2. I usually see Rick, guess he is gone too.You all need to do a LOT of tech fixing because your system is a MESS.
