Mike Moore (I think that was his name) was the person who helped me. I needed just a simple oil change. I was out of the factory warranty free ones. I knew that and figured I would have to pay. He looked up my account and told me that the dealership offers two more free maintenance check ups. Surprise! It's free. He could have charged me and I would have never known. That's service!
