Check in is fast & efficient. The AGP people were professional - Steven & Chris. I was getting text updates & received one saying there were 2 things identified during the inspection that needed attention. Gave my approval via text. Received a message that my car was ready for pick - waited about 10-15 minutes. Parker saw me and said he would get my car. The cabin and air filters had not been replaced per text approval. Parker apologized. We purchased them in parts and he and another staff person changed out the two filters. All in all - LHM staff are friendly and professional. Easy to bring my car in for service.
