My 2019 Highlander’s original battery needed to be replaced. I stopped by the service center & was helped by Mitchell. He was very helpful, explaining the difference between the 2 possible replacement batteries as well as the cost of each. The battery was replaced amazingly quickly & Mitchell offered to drive my car to the exit bc it was parked closely between 2 other cars. I really appreciated his help! Thank you!!

Great service much faster than I thought it would of taken - got me in earlier than my appointment time - waiting area is nice was able to connect to WiFi and free bottle water and snacks… if you need your car serviced this is the place to go! Thank you!
