Disappointed that it took 3d to diagnose engine check light but glad it was fixed.

I reach out looking for a manual 24 Jetta, I spoke with Richard. He convinced to just making to the showroom so his team can help me. Alvador helped me with the original car that I was looking at. Who made the experience easy and I could trust him. To the other sales man that showed me the car I ended up getting was knowledge and made me fall in the love with the GLI Jetta 23.Zack did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted. The whole experience was perfect on their part. I know there was some hiccups with the original Jetta I wanted but I know it wasn’t Avondale teams fault. It was more that Scottsdale dealership fault for not giving up the car. But it worked out in my favor cuz know I have my ultimate dream car. Thank you epic team work thank you everyone !!

We brought or Tiguan in for an issue with the sunroof and an oil change. They also found that the battery needed to be replaced and got it all done the same day

It was great. Mike Erickson is always good about letting me know what necessary maintenance is needed for the mileage, and checks put any issues I think the car may have.

Car in for oil change service. It took 1 hour less than the last time.great! Why is it that when they know you are in for a new car service, does the guy rush me about buying a new one.. dand relax due.. this one is only a year old.
