Micheal Putman made it better for me. Some of the service advisors were not friendly and acted as if they did not care at all but Micheal turn my bad experience around to a much positive one. He saved the day for me and this review.

I came in for an oil change. Mike was my service rep. He was kind and knowledgeable. He gave me the number I needed for dent repair under my warranty. I was told I needed new rear breaks. While the service was great, the quote to replace two rear breaks and rotors is ridiculous. Parts are about $300. I’m being quotes $700, nearly twice the cost of the breaks in labor. I will not be getting my breaks done at the dealership. I will however use the rest of the oil changes from my service contract.

I went in for an oil change and a warranty repair. Oil change was complete but found out other repair would require leaving my vehicle all day. Going to schedule that for another day. Text was sent with service recommendation. Completed soon that expected. Great service overall.

I'm always told about a recall after I visit and that it will take first time keeping the car overnight and I had no way home due to the distance, but it's just a software update...takes at least either hours...on the last visit I was reminded about the software update, by the first service advisor then I was given to another advisor who is really nice Barb even had them rewash the car after the complimentary car wash had it looking worse... and the second time it was really nice and clean. So now I'll have to schedule for a software update and hope it will be completed before they close, if not I have no way to and from and live in a rural area or getting a hotel room is costly what does an elderly VW owner do? It's not my fault a software update is needed and a loaner will not be given? It is like oh well sorry you live so far away. Again, thank you for understanding and hopefully when I scheduled for the software update it won't be an all day or overnight process... maybe someone can bring the update to me and drive back and forth? I'm almost ready to go with another quality model and make other than VW because of the inconveniences. Once again, thank you.
