I brought my 2012 VW Jetta in for routine maintenance checks and oil change. Mike Putnam was my maintenance advisor for the visit, and was, in my opinion, competent, efficient, pleasant, respectful, and he called me later to tell me he found my hat and thermos bottle in the customer waiting area. my visit seemed fairly priced, and along with the inspections, oil and oil filter change, I got my A/C recharged. I knew it seemed to be a little less efficient, and the maintenance people found it and alerted me of the need for A/C fluid recharge.

Larry Reid was very professional, and worked with us to get the car that we wanted.
