Overall it was great customer service experience!!! Questioned the $50 fee, received an explanation and yet as a business person myself the cost of doing business should not be passed on to the consumer? I am very surprised that Larry Miller locations are charging consumers for doing business with them… very disappointing and May have to rethink which dealership I buy my next Vehicle with!!!!!

The whole experience was not as bad as I was anticipating. I was expecting pressure tactics and none of that happened as far as I know. The sales person, Rey Cazares, was courteous, knowledgeable and easy going. The experience with the finance agent was also positive. Thank you Larry Miller Volkswagen team. Thanks to them I drove home in a beautiful Tiguan.
