Every time I take my car in for repair, Barbara Halsey always takes great care of my requirements, and is extremely knowledgeable about the VW product. She and the service team have taken care of my vehicle from new, and would definately be a big reason that I will continue with the VW brand.

The customer service reps are professional and knowledgable. Very concerned about the extra things that customer service used to do that they no longer do which made the visit better, like car washes, rides to and from. Water bottles for the trip home in hot weather, refilling the adblue as part of the 10k mile service. Little things, go a long way in customer satisfaction.
