I had visited you dealership approximately 2 weeks prior to the actual date that I purchased the vehicle and had been helped by Peter your Sales manager.I did not purchase a car at that time because my wife was out of town.I returned beacuse I felt Peter was professional, knowledgeable and would treat me in a fair manner.When I returned I was being helped by Sébastien who was very friendly and professional.Ed joined our conversation the second time and provided additional value to the conversation and even offer to transfer a car from Tucson for us.In the end we purchased a car from your lot in Avondale beacuse even though it was a little more than I wanted to spend I felt it was a fair deal.

This was the first scheduled service for ID.4. It was supposed to be a on inspection of the car in general and address a couple of concerns. Both concerns were addressed and part’s ordered. There was a recall I did not know about but the dealer had the parts for and I said go for it. Just shy of two hours later the service was completed and recall handle. Very happy.
