Appeared to have a dead battery. Battery replaced. They checked for future trip. Left yesterday. Had it back this afternoon. Great service.

We saw our Infinity online and went to see it in person and test drive it. We were expecting to have to deal with pushy, aggressive salespeople that we had to deal with in the past however, we were very pleasantly surprised! Zachary Elliott was Amazing! He was very helpful in answering all of our questions, he was extremely polite and was not your typical arrogant salesman. Who knew this even existed? He did such a fantastic job start to finish I’m now going to send my daughter who is also looking for a vehicle directly to him! He also sent a tow truck all the way to Chandler to pick up my trade in! Highly, Highly Recommend Zach!

Right when I arrived at the dealership, I was approached by Mr.James. He asked if I was there to pickup something and I said no, I had stopped to see a Ford Edge that was out on the lot. He quickly offered to go get the keys. I took a look and drove the vehicle, and we went I side to work on a price for it. It didn't really take that long to do everything. Everyone there was helpful, nice. I had been to another dealer earlier that day, but just decided to stop in there because I vsaw a car available online. Happy I stopped by, and found thus car. It's in great shape.
