Miguel is an excellent salesman, makes the process very smooth feel like he is a good advocate for my needs. I would have no issue referring people to him. I did not like the financial part, it took way too long. We had negotiated the deal and waited over 2 hours to see the finance person. We actually left and had to come back and then waited almost another hour to finish our paperwork. This needs to change, doesn’t reflect well on the dealership
