Todd was very knowlegable. Todd was able to answer all our questions while on our test drive. We were both surprised he was able to pull financing and have rates within 45 min after arriving. Amazing!! .After being ready to go at 615, it was almost 840 before we got to the finance manager. I understand the situation but not sure why there was no one to back him up
