It was great. Simple process, kind people and they performed the service in the time they said they would.

Thomas was very professional and courteous. Kept me informed at all times; going out of his way to ensure I knew the status of my vehicle at all times. When there was a short delay he offered the use of a loaner which I didn't need. Service was as expected....outstanding.

Tom in the repair area is great. Very personable, down to earth, explained everything.

It was a regular oil change and tire rotation. Tommy is my service contact and Andrew is the service manager. They are great and the reason I bought my wife a Jetta. I look forward to purchasing a new Tiguan and continuing this great relationship for years to come. Please give them both a raise!

Service person didn't go over paperwork when completed Service And if tires are suppose to be rotated with oil change just had me sign paperwork & leave
