Very nice people! Karl was very helpful and he kept me informed about the process with my car.

Karl Kompe, the Service Director, is the best. He was very accommodating after a tow truck was three hours late, and I had missed my service window. He immediately got the car in the shop anyway and assured that it would be ready before the end of the day. His gracious manner is an added bonus and is always good humored. Great service again!
