Karl is absolutely incredible! Best customer service I have ever had at any VW dealership! He earned my business when I first moved here and had to get my fuel door fixed which was an easy fix and no charge! His team has been amazing and so thorough. Karl is so nice and patient and he earned me as a customer forever now!
