I have had some rough experiences with the service department but this time it was a 5 star experience, start to finish. They kept me informed and provided prompt service and explained my options for repair. Tom Bernath is the best at care and customer service.

Good and bad.At start of visit,, mileage was 68145 but was recorded as65145. My reminder sticker said next service due at 70145. That means next service due in 2000 miles. I know you can have warranty problems if you go past your service date. I am really upset since I will have a 2600 mile trip over Christmas. HELP!!! I need a service advisor to contact me.
