As always Larry Miller Volkswagen came to my rescue when my 2011 Jetta Sport Wagon ignition switch broke and I could not turn the car off. We finally pulled a fuse and had the car towed to your facility. A few days later the car was repaired and happy back home. Karl our service guy kept us informed along the way.
