They fixed the problem right away and were able to Uber me back and forth to work. That was so appreciated!

I am always a bit reluctant to visit car dealerships because of dishonest employees and the subterfuges they use for financial gain. But while working with Karl, I felt he was honest and was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to lie about or overcharge me for issues with my car. I hope to only work with him in the future. With all the evil in this world, it's nice to know that there are people who are honest and truly care about how they serve others!
