I booked an appointment for an oil change and it was about an hour wait from start to finish. I also got a free detailing coupon for my spouse’s birthday. I was very disappointed because the car looked the same especially since I drove from out of town. Some of my settings were also changed and that’s why I gave only 4 stars.

Staff was very polite and helpful, but the oil change and routine check took a full two hours - a bit too long.

I was very disappointed when I checked on the progress of my oil change service after 2 hours and 20 minutes of waiting only to find out that service had not even started yet. I understand getting behind, but I do wish someone had let me know there would be a very long delay. My first visit with you was quick and speedy. Guess I know now not to expect that every time and can be better prepared to wait if need be.
