The service staff is great. Tom, especially, has always been helpful to me. That's why I keep going to VW. The frustrating situation was dealing with Car Shield, waiting for them to call back regarding my Beetle, which they never did. I called again & finally got the adjuster on the phone to talk to Tom. They wouldn't cover the repairs. At that moment I decided to look at your used cars. I ended up buying the Kia Soul. I believe it was the right thing to do. I'm very happy with my decision.
