Everyone was professional and kind. I was only there for an oil change and warranty service.

It was very good. The scheduler, Samantha (I think that was her name) was kind and made me feel much better about the situation. I was in a bit of a panic about the object hanging from my car and the fact that I wasn’t sure I could get a a ride from the dealership. She arranged Ubers and that was perfect! Alvarez, the mechanic, was also a friendly face from the dealership. Even though he found many things wrong with my car, he did not make me feel bad for not having the extra work done. There was no charge for correcting my original issue.

Fast and professional!

We traded in one VW for another, slightly larger one and we’re so happy we did! Very similar vehicles, but a few subtle differences due to the size upgrade.
