Brendan from sales initiated the sales appointment, and let me tell you, sales has made several attempts in the past to get us to trade our prior VW for years, however, Brendan was the only one to get me to entertain the thought. We thought we would be working with Brendan only but Ricardo took over. Ricardo went above & beyond to make sure we found the right vehicle for our needs. Albert from financing was also wonderful and made the process smooth and easy, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Even the other sales staff Nettie, Joe, and Robert were also kind and made it a pleasant environment during our visit. We enjoyed the experience and was laughing and smiling. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Oh, and we love our new VW!!

Well, not only did they honor my free oil change, they did a maintenance inspection, took care of a recall issue, changed my wiper blades and air filter too! All free of charge! Within 2 hrs, I was on my way! Nice job car care specialist and VW mechanics!
