Great customer service

Brought my 2016 Beetle for its due oil change and of course, received the same outstanding care from the service team. I got my car's oil change, tire check and rotation, all fluids checked and topped off and even an exterior wash. What impressed me was how the service team took a moment to check an issue with my driver's chair and made the simple adjustment needed. Beyond that, Carl, who greeted me upon arrival, diligently kept me informed along the way as I waited. He also gave me a status on any recall pending. All went well, and my Beetle continues to runs just like a new car.

I came in for an oil change and to have the tires checked and the light turned off, they didn’t turn the light off. This was rather annoying. Went back on Saturday afternoon and was in a bit of a hurry, couldn’t get the light turned off for 20-30 minutes, so I left. Typically Andrew or Manny assist me, they always get everything done without any problems.

I was approved for a car within an hour. My salesperson, Nettie was the best. She was so personable and made me feel that it was my happiness that was important, not just a sale. Wasn't sure if with my credit I could get a decent car but, I did here, and with the best car dealership I've ever been to and I have been to plenty. I was not presured at all. Just an extremely pleasant experience
