I really loved the space. It was so spacious there, smells good all the time,very clean, and bright. The floors are always kept up on. I would not change one thing about this facility. ALL of the staff here are just wonderful!

Everyone here at this facility are so helpful and caring. The food was good, and the staff were so attentive. Therapy was fantastic! The staff really had me working on myself!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The therapy staff were amazing! They helped me get better and better each day. Without them, I don't know where I would be. One CNA, definitely stood out to me. Kayla was just so sweet, and always made sure I was taken care of. All around, a great facility!

Everything was great here at Lincoln Meadows care center. There is not one thing I would change. The one CNA that really stood out to me was Galina. She was wonderful! She always made sure I was taken care of. I give this facility five stars!

I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. The staff here are wonderful! They always make sure all of us patients are well taken care of. I would not change one thing!

Rehab was excellent! I made lots of improvements here! The food was great, and the CNA staff were fantastic! Kayla specifically, she's very nice and helpful.

I really liked the staffs' attitude. Everyone was helpful, and so caring. This facility all around, was just great. I would definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family.

The nurses were great. The food was always so good. Everything was as good as it could be. Daniel was always trying to take care of things, Maggie was so wonderful, just all around great staff. Very attentive!!

I am very impressed with the physical therapy department. Everyone here is so kind. One thing I will remember is that this facility never smelled like urine. Aaron, Cameron, and ALL the girls from therapy were just so helpful and sweet.

All of the services that were provided to me, were great. I would not change one thing here. Everyone was so nice and was there for me every step of the way. I have a couple of favorites, Lucky and Jasmine. They are just simply wonderful.
