It was an easy process. Amazing staff, they made car purchasing easy and pleasant. When I walked into the dealership my finance documents were ready for signing.

It was a seat bracket according to them. Don't know why it would take so long. It would be nice if you had someone to detail the car on site instead of having to make an extra stop at a car wash.As mentioned, a car detailer onsite would be nice. It would show your customer that you care about the car too. Nothing special, a quick wash and vacuum. Maybe only offer when requested. The car wash coupon in nice, but like I said...you don't want to have to make an extra stop.Prices for service are way too high.

I can't critique in anyway, I've always felt very taken care of by you guys!The guys at the service department are always going to get a 10 from me, especially Anthony! They are always responsive and helpful whenever I've needed them.

It helps to have very courteous, knowledgeable and professional employees like Anthony. I feel a sense of comfort knowing I’m in great hands. whenever I call with a question or to make an appointment he’s always there. prefer to deal with him since he was the reason I bought that vehicle in the first place. Some how I trust the guy.I’ve been dealing with Mitsubishi for years and I trust them it comes to servicing my vehicle. Anthony who works at the service center is alway a phone call away, he’s very helpful and knowledgeable. I know I can get an honest feedback back if something is wrong or my vehicle needs something done.
