Provider was 20 minutes late, which we understand, but would have been helpful to get a call from the office to tell us this as we had to pause our own workdays for this visit

Amber at the UES location is always so kind, welcoming and helpful. All the staff are wonderful but we love seeing Amber when we walk in and as we leave.

Everyone we have worked with at latitude is really amazing. Amber was so kind, patient and helpful. She was incredibly responsive in the days leading up to the appointment which helped me prepare and feel comfortable. Nurse Magda was thoughtful and also so nice. Jo feels comfortable and at ease in the clinic. We are so glad we can come to see Dr Bannon and the team at the upper east side location.

Thank you for making our daughter extremely comfortable and at ease during her skin testing and bloodwork appointment. I thought the facilities were great and the check in and doctors and nurses were awesome. I also appreciated that I quickly spoke to someone when I called.
