The doctors, nurses, and staff are wonderful.My concern this time was that my child was given the 6th dose amount as the 5th dose. I understand mistakes happen but had this been another allergen my child could have had a severe reaction. The nurse apologized and took ownership of the mistake.Doses should be made and given with extreme caution. I hope measures are taken to prevent this from happening again.

All of nurses and staff have been so nice and helpful and I cannot think of their names!!!

Dr. Rani made the extra effort and called us when the Telehealth platform was not showing us logged in. She gave us the full time, and made sure all our questions were answered. She is an expert in the field and her depth of knowledge is extremely valuable and appreciated by our family. She carefully considered our son’s unique profile and made clear recommendations while educating us and letting us decide which option fit our needs best.

Little mix up as our appt was via Zoom, but Dr thought it was in person. Appt started late, but it was all good.
