Everything was great! Having toys out in the waiting room was really considerate and helped calm our child. The doctor was also extremely nice and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

The doctor did a great job explaining what the next year would look like and rationale for the different treatment options for each child.

The blood test on site is great. The nurse, Brianna is very professional and super good with children.

Dr.Henderson and staff went above and beyond to make sure we could complete the egg challenge after getting notified we should have brought the egg to the visit.

Nurse Jacqueline was great. We are brand new to this program and it’s a super overwhelming one. While we listened to the videos multiple times it’s been a while so it would have been helpful to receive a reminder before the visit to take Zyrtec and also while things were getting explained the Dr speaks really fast which normally I appreciate but seeing on a video and then actually getting ready to do it in real life is different. Would have been helpful for the doctor to come back later and ask if we had any questions. My daughter didn’t process as fast and we thought of other things. Even being told we were paying the program fee that day was a shocker. Would have loved to have known that during our previous visits. It was unclear when we were going to be charged but the fee is not a small one so relaying the timeline and reminding us would have been nice.
