Overall great experience with all the items checked above. Area for improvement would be access to office staff and scheduling. Over the past several months, it has been rare to get someone on the line for scheduling or appointments when I call. I do get a call back eventually, but often we are playing phone tag and it can take all day to finally have a conversation.This appointment was the final updose. It was wonderful that my child graduated OIT for his first food. It has been a long road and we are grateful for Latitude. I was expecting a little bit of a celebration at this appointment since that's what the staff did for his sibling at the final updose appointment. My child will be moving on to OIT for other foods, so this not the very end, but it would have felt special to have this milestone recognized.

Special shout out to Breanna who goes out of her way to be warm and welcoming to my son who has a lot of anxiety walking into the office after the last 2 food challenges.

Dr. Henderson was patient and to the point. Very impressed.

The allergist was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through a lot of things. It was really appreciated.

We love Dr. Henderson, Aaron, Breanna, and Jacqueline. Scheduling is easy, Dr. Henderson listens to all of our concerns and questions, Jacqueline has been kind and accommodating to my daughter’s preferences, and Breanna is kind, accommodating, and my daughter loves her for a reason!

Dr. Rani was amazing. It was a pleasure to meet her in person after a year long journey before our first OIT appt. We asked so many questions throughout the year but she took the time to answer all of our questions and even those we’ve asked in the past.
