forms expired for OIT

Just a minor technical issue on camera. Couldn’t get camera to work on Zoom.

My son is in second year of maintenance after OIT and Dr Royer and the staff always makes the vists for my 7 year old son very pleasant. All procedures and results are explained thoroughly.

Dr. Dhami and all staff were welcoming and super sweet to our little one. Very thorough as well.

The communication around in-office versus telehealth needs improvement as I was en route to the office 20 minutes before my scheduled visit to be informed it was a telehealth visit.

Intercom.not working is not good for letting people into the building. A direct clinic number should be provided to patients if this is a constant issue. No one answered when I called the main line..Very patient and nice staff

Bella was very helpful, informative, and kind! Dr. Dhami was very attentive and helpful as well. Aaron was patient and helpful in clarifying the timing of future appointments.Other feedback regarding scheduling would be to inform new patients that appointments are only scheduled two at a time, but generally can be around the same time. This would just help set expectations. Relatedly, sharing ahead of time the days and hours would be helpful as well. For example, closed on Mondays, closed for lunch during these hours, first and last am appointment, first and last pm appointment.

Good service and facilities

It took a long time to get an appt but everything else was great about the process. The staff in particular was excellent and went above and beyond to comfort us and address our questions
