It was pretty positive experience in the beginning, however, I ended with not so satisfying results. The doctor seemed like they were not prepared to meet with us since they were looking at the notes as they were discussing my concerns.

We were so happy with our care from the entire team from check-in! We felt so cared for and well-informed.

Every visit has gone really well. The process feels very well laid out - you've thought of everything it seems

It might be good to nudge the person to schedule their next appointment while they are waiting for an hour. This only works if updose and patient are doing well. Makes things a little more efficient.Overall, the updose process was very seamless. Grace is great.

To treat the allergies.

We had to reschedule our food challenge and the person scheduled us in the afternoon instead of the morning. We couldn't get through the whole testing program as these tests, we were supposed to start in the morning. This cost us a whole day and probably the cost of the office visit too. A mistake this big should have never happened.

I'm so glad we switched to this doctor and office. I was very pleased with the information the doctor gave us and no one has said it so well to us before .

Do I need to schedule our next appointment by calling your office or will they reach out to me? Usually I do it before I leave when going in person but this time it was a televisit.
