We had to reschedule our food challenge and the person scheduled us in the afternoon instead of the morning. We couldn't get through the whole testing program as these tests, we were supposed to start in the morning. This cost us a whole day and probably the cost of the office visit too. A mistake this big should have never happened.

I'm so glad we switched to this doctor and office. I was very pleased with the information the doctor gave us and no one has said it so well to us before .

Do I need to schedule our next appointment by calling your office or will they reach out to me? Usually I do it before I leave when going in person but this time it was a televisit.

Dr. Royer is very thorough when it comes to the care of our daughter.

Perhaps the doctor should have come back in after the skin prick test to explain the results.

Because child was under the weather we couldn’t come in, so it was not a full and complete experience. We will have to come back to do the testing another day
